Ballaz Football Academy
Ballaz Football Academy is a youth development organization in Jamaica coaching the sport of football. Founded in 2002, the academy has coached over 8,000 youngsters with many of its players going on to represent their primary and secondary schools, as well as Jamaica in competition. Operating on the principles of teamwork, love, integrity, balance, discipline, leadership and zeal, the academy, through its foundation -the Ballaz Foundation –supports players on and off the field by assisting with meal provision, transportation, academic support and gears.
Oliver and Caz are both Ballaz alumni and living proof of the success of the Ballaz mission to empower youth, helping them to become people of strong character on and off the football field.
